Fulfillment Policy

These policies will aid users in determining how Boxtop Marketing LLC fulfills orders and payments made by credit card via the payment processor Stripe. Stripe payments are issued through Freshbooks’ invoicing system.

Boxtop Marketing sells digital marketing services and website design services. We deliver these services electronically and set individual contracts for each ongoing client. Clients should refer to the terms of their specific internet marketing agreement for information related to the terms of their marketing plan; general policies are detailed below.

Refund Policy

We typically do not offer refunds as the services have already been performed. We will offer refunds if the services have not yet been performed. This is managed on a case by case basis.

Delivery Policy

We deliver our marketing services electronically. We do not provide physical products.

Return Policy

We sell digital marketing services and there is no way to return these services once completed. In some circumstances, we may offer refunds. Contact our team at support@boxtopagency.com with any questions.

Cancellation Policy / Project Abandonment

If a contract has just been signed and the customer decides they would not like to move forward, Boxtop will allow a cancellation if the marketing services have not yet begun.

Our standard contracts state:

Boxtop may terminate this Agreement or any license granted hereunder at any time if Customer breaches a material term of this Agreement including, but not limited to, failure to comply with any Boxtop policies and procedures, failure to make timely payments, failure to provide timely review and feedback for any activity, or Customer engages in any activity that compromises Boxtop’s intellectual property rights. If either one of the Parties terminates this Agreement, Boxtop shall terminate all Internet marketing activity established on Customer’s behalf within twenty-four (24) hours.

Upon termination of the Agreement, Customer agrees to pay for all work performed by Boxtop prior to the termination date including reimbursable expenses incurred and fees for hours expended. Upon termination of any license granted hereunder, Customer shall immediately destroy the licensed products and, if requested by Boxtop, shall certify such destruction.
